进入新时代以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央，从党和国家全局事业发展的高度出发，对新时代的教育提出了更高的要求。2021年5月，中央全面深化改革委员会第十九次会议审议通过了《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》(以下简称“双减”)。其不仅改变了原有的教育生态，而且将引领新的教育潮流。而只有当教师，家庭共同作出努力，才能打好教师 + 学校 + 家庭的组合拳，培养出顺应潮流的新时代的人才。

In May 2021, the 19th meeting of the Central Committee for Comprehensive Deepening Reform deliberated and adopted the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Students’ Homework and Off-campus Training in Compulsory Education (Hereinafter referred to as “double reduction”), which not only changes the original educational ecology, but also leads the new trend of education.
