中学新生人际关系现状及团辅对其的影响

Abstract:

本文采用《中国中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)》和《人际关系综合诊断量表(IRAS)》对初一新生的心理健康和人际关系现状进行了调查,并筛选出48名心理健康量表得分为2~3.99之间的被试,随机分为实验组24名(男生16名/女生8名)和对照组24名(男生14名/女生10名)进行团体心理辅导。结果:1) 近一半的初一新生存在轻度心理健康问题;2) 实验组被试在团辅前后的人际关系困扰和心理健康水平不存在显著性差异。本次的团辅干预未能成功改善初一新生的人际关系困扰。
This study used MSSMHS and IRAS to investigate the situation of mental health and interpersonal relationship of middle school freshmen. 48 subjects whose mental health scale score was between 2~3.99 were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group of 24 (16 boys/8 girls) and control group of 24 (14 boys/10 girls) for group counseling. The results showed that half of the freshmen had minor mental health problems. After the counseling, there were no significant differences in interpersonal disturbance and mental health compared with the pretest. Conclusion: This group counseling didn’t succeed to improve the freshmen’s trouble with interpersonal relationships.
