我国国际专利发展现状研究

随着全球创新格局的迅速变化，世界各国各国在知识产权战场上的竞争也愈发激烈，对于国际专利的关注度也在不断提升。本文通过对我国国际专利的申请公开趋势、专利技术构成、专利申请人情况、国民经济构成和专利价值度五方面进行统计分析，根据研究数据对我国科技创新和成果转化提出相应对策建议，以期能够为我国企业实施专利国际化战略、提高专利国际化决策与管理水平和企业科技成果国际化综合运营能力和竞争力提供科学的数据支撑。
With the rapid changes of global innovation structure, countries around the world in the increasingly fierce competition, intellectual property rights on the battlefield to the attention of the inter-national patent is also in constant improvement. This article through to the China international pa-tent application trend of open structure, the applicant for a patent, patent technology, the components of the national economy and carried out a statistical analysis on the five aspects of patent value degree, according to the research data on Chinese innovation and achievements transformation of science and technology put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to the exploitation of the patent for our country enterprise internationalization strategy, improve the level of internationalization of patent decision-making and management and comprehensive enterprise internationalization of scientific and technological achievements provide the scientific data to support the capacity and competitiveness.
