目前对于75?以上的中厚及厚急倾斜煤层还没有能够形成一种安全高采出率的采煤方法。论文针对阿戛煤矿高瓦斯突出近距离煤层平均倾角78?的地质赋存条件,综合利用采矿学原理、工程类比和理论分析的方法,发明了新形的急倾斜“立U形”工作面采煤方法,确定了阿戛煤矿近距离煤层联合开拓巷道的层位、长度、断面尺寸及支护方式,设计了包括高位瓦斯巷、下位运输巷和工艺联络巷的回采巷道系统,配套了工作面ZF6800/17/31型放顶煤液压支架、ZFD18000/17/30型巷道液压支架组、MG200/WD型采煤机等主要技术装备,实现了阿戛煤矿急倾斜煤层的安全高效开采,解决了特大倾角煤层的机械化采煤技术难题。
