焦虑/回避型人格障碍大学生对负性情绪面孔识别的注意偏向——基于ERP的研究

Abstract:
目的:探讨焦虑/回避型人格障碍大学生和正常大学生对4种负性情绪面孔(惊讶、恐惧、愤怒、厌恶)识别的异同,通过事件相关电位研究焦虑/回避型人格障碍大学生对负性情绪面孔识别的特点。方法:采用基于CCMD-2R诊断标准的人格障碍筛查问卷(PDQC-2)和人格障碍临床半定式访谈工具(SCICP)对1592名大学生进行人格障碍评估;邀请焦虑/回避型人格障碍大学生和正常大学生参与事件相关电位实验,探讨对负性情绪面孔识别的特点。结果:① AVD组和OK组对T2识别正确率的组别主效应差异有统计学意义,不同任务实验条件下,AVD组对负性面孔的识别正确率均高于同等条件下OK组的正确率。② AVD组内负性面孔情绪类型主效应显著,对4种负性面孔情绪识别的正确率由高至低依次为愤怒(0.910) > 厌恶(0.888) > 惊讶(0.865) > 恐惧(0.864)。③ N170、N1、P1、N3波幅的组别主效应显著,AVD组均比OK组诱发出更大的波幅,且其差异具有统计学意义;愤怒面孔情绪所诱发的N170波幅大于其他三种负性面孔情绪所诱发的N170波幅,且其差异具有统计学意义。结论:① 焦虑/回避型人格障碍大学生与正常大学生相比对惊讶、恐惧、愤怒、厌恶4种负性面孔情绪的识别存在注意偏向;② 焦虑/回避型人格障碍大学生在惊讶、恐惧、愤怒及厌恶4种负性情绪面孔的识别中,对愤怒面孔情绪的识别正确率最高,存在注意偏向;③ ERP实验结果显示,焦虑/回避型人格障碍大学生对负性面孔情绪的加工比正常大学生更快、诱发的波幅更大;④ 从神经电生理学的证据可知,焦虑/回避型人格障碍大学生在4种负性情绪面孔的加工中,对于愤怒情绪面孔的加工尤为迅速。
Objective: To investigate the similarities and differences between avoidant personality disorder and normal university students on recognizing 4 kinds of negative emotional faces (surprise, fear, anger, disgust), collected by the event related potential on EEG signal to further explore the characteristics of avoidant personality disorder on college students’ negative emotional face recognition. Methods: PDQC-2 (Personality Disorders Questionnaire for CCMD-2-R) was administered to a sample which consisted of 1592 students to screen the positive features on the avoidant personality disorder PDs (Personality Disorders). In this study, college students with avoidant personality disorder and normal college students were invited to participate in the ERP experiment to explore the characteristics of face recognition with negative emotions. Conclusions: ① The differences to identify 4 kinds of negative emotional faces (surprise, fear, anger, disgust) between avoidant personality disorder and normal university students are significantly. Compared with the normal college students, there is attention bias on the recognition of negative emotional faces in avoidant personality disorder students. ② For the recognition of 4 kinds of negative emotional faces (surprise, fear, anger and disgust) in avoidant personality disorder students, there is attentional bias and the highest correct rate is in the recognition of angry faces. ③ ERP experimental results show that there are differences between avoidant personality disorder in students and normal university students in the recognition of negative emotional faces. The processing of negative emotional face in avoidant personality disorder students is faster than normal college students, and they induce bigger amplitude. ④ From the evidence of neural electrophysiology, avoidant personality disorder students
