乡村振兴战略背景下研究生就业现状及问题剖析——以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例
Analysis on the Employment Situation and Problems of Graduate Students under the Background of Strategy for Rural Revitalization—Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an Example

十四五期间是巩固脱贫攻坚成果、全面推进乡村振兴的关键时期。在此期间，农业高校肩负着人才培养与输送，科技创新与服务的巨大挑战。近五年，黑龙江八一农垦大学针对研究生培养类型及培养模式进行了改革。本文通过不同类型研究生的就业情况分析了研究生的培养质量，结合乡村振兴战略剖析目前研究生培养存在的问题及解决对策，不断优化人才培养模式，助力乡村经济振兴，为推进城乡一体化发展和全面建成小康社会提供人才保障。
The period of 14th Five-Year is a crucial moment for consolidating the achievements in poverty alleviation and pushing forward the rural vitalization in an all-round way. During this period, agricultural universities take on enormous challenges of talent cultivation and delivery as well as scientific and technological innovation and service. In recent five years, Heilongjiang Bayi Agriculture University has reformed the training types and modes of graduate students. This paper analyzes the training qualities of graduate students and achievements through the employments of different types of them. Combined with the strategy for rural revitalization, the paper analyzes the problems of training graduate students and solutions, optimizing the modes of talent cultivation constantly, helping the rural vitalization in economy, and providing guarantee for promoting the development of urban-rural integration and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
