中草药专业学生创新创业能力培养的“三点论”

Abstract:
当前社会对大学生的创新创业能力有了更高的要求，创新创业能力的培养对本科生未来的科研工作和职业发展起着至关重要的作用。强化培养中草药栽培与鉴定专业学生的创新创业能力，可以将中草药基本理论知识和技能应用到中药产业中，为中药事业的传承和创新发展提供源源不断的“创新血液”。本文针对中草药专业学生创新创业能力培养过程中的特点、难点、着力点(“三点论”)进行探讨，为培养出专业知识和创新能力兼备的高质量中药人才提供合理的培养方案。
The current society has a higher requirement on the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students, which plays a vital role in the future scientific research work and career devel-opment of undergraduates. The basic theoretical knowledge and skills of Chinese herbal medicine can be applied to the traditional Chinese medicine industry to provide a steady stream of “innovative blood” for the inheritance and innovative development of Traditional Chinese medicine through strengthening the innovative entrepreneurial ability of students majoring in Chinese herbal medicine cultivation and identification. In this paper, the characteristics, difficulties and focus points (“three points theory”) in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability are discussed, which would provide a reasonable training program for the cultivation of high-quality TCM talents with both professional knowledge and innovative ability.
