浅谈如何全面发挥党的领导在国有企业风险防控中的重要作用
Talking about How to Give Full Play to the Important Role of Leadership of the Chinese Communist Party in the Risk Prevention and Control of State-Owned Enterprises

坚持党的领导，充分发挥党在国有企业运营管理以及风险防控过程中的重要作用，是国有企业发展建设里程上的重要一环。构建现代化的国有企业运营管理制度，关键就是要将党的领导渗透到企业发展的方方面面，开创国有企业内部管理到位、权责分明、业务扎实的良好局面。基于此，本文以“全面发挥党的领导在国有企业风险防控中的重要作用”为研究对象，从理论基础到具体的实施手段展开论述，以期相关研究内容能够为国有企业内部实际负责风险防控的工作人员带来一定的参考和启示。
Adhering to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) and giving full play to the CPC’s important role in the operation management and risk prevention and control of state-owned enterprises is an important part of the development and construction of state-owned enterprises. The key to building a modern state-owned enterprise operation and management system is to infiltrate the CPC’s leadership into all aspects of enterprise development, and to create a good situation in which the internal management of state-owned enterprises is in place, rights and responsibilities are clearly defined, and business is solid. Based on this, this paper takes “to give full play to the important role of the CPC’s leadership in the risk prevention and control of state-owned enterprises” as the research object, and discusses from the theoretical basis to the specific implementation means, in the hope that the relevant research content can be responsible for the actual risk prevention and control of state-owned enterprises. The control staff brought certain references and inspirations.
