制造业企业数字化转型关键成功因素

Abstract:
数字经济时代，有大量的制造企业对数字化转型认知不足，程度不够，虽企业意识到数字化、智能化是趋势，但却不知道该如何切入。本文针对制造业数字化转型关键成功因素进行研究，以质性研究理论指导识别出3个维度6个具体转型成功因素，探索出一般性结论，以启发制造业企业，使其转型过程中少走弯路。
In the era of digital economy, there are a large number of manufacturing enterprises with insufficient knowledge and degree of digital transformation. Although enterprises are aware that digitalization and intelligence are trends, they do not know how to cut into them. In this paper, the author studied the key success factors of digital transformation in manufacturing industry and identified 6 specific transformation success factors in 3 dimensions guided by qualitative research theory and explores general conclusions to inspire traditional manufacturing enterprises and make them take fewer detours in the process of transformation.
