扎根理论视角下的中小学思政协同育人水平影响因素模型构建与机理分析——基于“双减”背景下辽宁省717名中小学教师的访谈数据

Abstract:
中小学思政协同育人水准是紧密关联国家思政教育总体战略布局的重要因素。借鉴扎根理论原理,对来自辽宁省717名中小学教师的访谈结果进行内容分析,结合全省14个地级市各一份深度访谈文本,整理得到72个初始编码、15个范畴和4个主范畴,归纳出影响中小学思政协同育人总体建设水平的四大结构要素,即教管协同要素、家校协同要素、校社协同要素和校媒协同要素。通过构建影响因素模型及对各要素影响中小学思政协同育人建设的作用机理分析,提出在当前“双减”政策背景下,提升我国中小学思政协同育人水平仍需要从完善驱动机制、规范协作实践和科学绩效评估三方面着力。
The level of ideological and political collaborative education in primary and secondary schools is an important factor closely related to the overall strategic layout of national ideological and political education. Based on the principle of grounded theory, this paper analyzes the content of the interview results of 717 primary and secondary school teachers in Liaoning Province, combined with an in-depth interview text from 14 cities in Liaoning Province, arranges 72 initial codes, 15 categories and 4 main categories, and summarizes four structural elements affecting the overall construction level of ideological and political consultation and education in primary and secondary schools, namely, teaching management coordination elements, home school coordination elements, school society collaborative elements and school media collaborative elements. By constructing the influencing factor model and analyzing the action mechanism of various factors affecting the construction of Ideological and political collaborative education in primary and secondary schools, it is proposed that under the current “double reduction” policy background, improving the level of Ideological and political collaborative education in primary and secondary schools still needs to focus on perfecting the driving mechanism, standardizing collaborative practice and scientific performance evaluation.
