Abstract:

现代生态农业根据不同区域特征,以保护自然环境和农业资源可持续循环利用为基础,发展当地的特色农业和形成地方特色的生态农业生产方式,涉及改造传统农业耕作方式、提高土壤治理能力和多领域协同发展,急迫需求高效农业生产技术和拥有高技能的新型职业农民。农村专业技术协会(简称农技协)通过科普和技术推广服务于农业生产,随着实施乡村振兴战略和农业经营模式的改变,需要进行转型升级和组织革新以适应乡村农业产业综合性发展的趋势。农技协以建立推广先进农业生产技术的示范基地、拥有特定农业领域的专业委员会和培训新型职业农民服务于农作物种植、畜牧鱼养殖和农产品流通,对现代生态农业发展具有重要的推动作用。此外,非盈利的农技协科技服务队在示范基地储备传统农作物资源和引入优良的农作物新品种,为农业资源贫乏和资金短缺的乡村持续发展现代生态农业提供农作物资源。
According to different regional characteristics and based on the natural environment protection and agricultural resources sustainable recycling, modern ecological agriculture develops local characteristic agriculture and forms local characteristic ecological agricultural production mode, which is involved in transforming traditional agricultural cultivation methods, improving soil treatment capacity and multiple fields collaborative development, and urgent demand for efficient agricultural production technology and new professional farmers with high skills. The China Rural Special Technique Association (CRSTA) serves agricultural production through science popularization and technology promotion, which is needed to transformation, upgrading and organizational innovation to adapt to comprehensive development trend of rural agricultural industry as rural revitalization strategy implementation and agricultural management mode transformation. The CRSTA plays an important role in promoting the modern ecological agriculture development by establishing the demonstration bases for popularizing advanced agricultural production technology, having professional committees in specific agricultural fields and training new professional farmers to serve crop planting, animal husbandry and fish breeding, and the agricultural products circulation. In addition, the technology service teams of non-profit CRSTA reserve traditional crop resources and introduce new varieties of excellent crops at the demonstration base, which can provide crop resources for the sustainable development of modern ecological agriculture in rural areas with poor agricultural resources and capital shortage.
