全民健身路径是我国全民健身工程中的重要组成部分，但全民健身路径模式诞生以来，模式的内容形式鲜有变化，进入了发展瓶颈期，与新时代我国民众多元化体育需求不相适应。存在的主要问题包括：更新设计滞后，无法满足人民需求；器材老化、单一化；缺乏科学健身指导；管理责任不清；宣传活动不到位等。研究建议：适应双减政策，增设青少年项目设施；精准对接居民需求，自下而上供给；与高校合作，社体指导员考教合一；向社会市场放权，提升管理运营水平；探索新的资金来源渠道等。
The national fitness path is an important part of China’s national fitness project, but since the national fitness path model was born, the content and form of the model has rarely changed, entering a bottleneck period of development, and does not adapt to the diversified sports needs of Chinese people in the new era. The main problems include: updating design lag, unable to meet the needs of the people; Aging and simplification of equipment; Lacking of scientific fitness guidance; Unclear management responsibilities; Propaganda activities are not in place. The research suggestions are as follows: adapting to the double reduction policy and increasing the youth program facilities; Precise docking of residents’ demand, bottom-up supply; In cooperation with colleges and universities, social instructors integrate examination and teaching; Delegating power to the social market and improving management and operation; Exploring new sources of funds, etc.
