Research on Green Procurement Strategy of Power Grid Enterprises under the Target Background of “Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality”

本文针对电网企业创新绿色采购新模式，应对能源行业变革、新型电力系统建设、供应链绿色创新等需要，通过研究借鉴国内外绿色采购模式，重点研究绿色采购模式、采购策略与绿色标准，并以绿色采购为抓手，推动电力设备制造绿色升级，探索出一条电网企业绿色采购关键路径，指引集团采购向绿色转型。电网企业实施绿色采购旨在带动产业链上下游共同绿色转型，服务国家“双碳”大局。
The paper aims at a new green procurement model for power grid companies, in response to the needs of the reform of the energy industry, the construction of new power systems and green innovation in the supply chain. By studying and drawing lessons from green procurement models at home and abroad, this paper will focus on green procurement mode, procurement strategy and green standards in order to start the green procurement, to promote green upgrading of power equipment manufacturing, to explore a key path of green procurement for power grid companies and to guide the group’s procurement to green transformation. The implementation of green procurement by power grid enterprises aims to drive the common green transformation of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and to serve the country’s “double carbon” overall situation.
