辛亥革命期间中文报刊的分类计量与政治导向——基于柏烈伟《中文报刊目录》的考察
The Politically-Oriented Classification and Statistics of Chinese Periodicals in the Revolution of 1911—Sergey Polevoy’s Periodicheskaya Pechat v Kitaye as the Case

俄国汉学家柏烈伟(1886~1971)于1913年出版俄语著作《中文报刊目录》，以政治导向性的报刊分类标准统计辛亥革命(1911~1912年)时期国内外出版的487种中文报刊的基本信息，通过翻译和分析辛亥革命中北京、天津、上海、汉口、福州、广州、香港七大报业中心主流报纸的消息、社论、电报、故事、小品文等主题文章来揭示革命派与保皇派论战中报刊的政治报道倾向，成为近现代中文报刊目录的代表作。而探讨柏烈伟《中文报刊目录》收录报刊的政治导向与分类计量，有助于近现代中文报刊目录和索引的系统研究，并为中国报刊史学及其辛亥革命报刊活动专题研究提供史料依据。
Abstract: Russian Sinologist Sergey Polevoy (1886~1971), in Periodicheskaya Pechat v Kitaye published in Russian in 1913, employed the politically-oriented classification and measurement standard to count the Chinese periodicals in the Revolution of 1911 (1911~1912), with which he summarized the basic information of 487 Chinese periodicals published in 7 centers of modern Chinese journalism, including Peking, Tientsin, Shanghai, Hankow, Foochow, Canton and Hong Kong. He revealed the political reporting tendency of periodicals in the debate between the revolutionaries and the royalists through translation and analysis of the news, editorials, telegrams, features and feuilletons, which had become the masterpiece about modern Chinese periodicals. An analysis and study on the politically oriented classification and measurement of the Chinese periodicals included in Periodicheskaya Pechat v Kitaye is helpful for the systematic research of catalogs and indexes of modern Chinese periodicals, and provides historical basis for the studies on Chinese journalism history and the press of the Revolution of 1911.
