“美丽社区”建设的居民满意度调查分析——以天津市北辰区社区建设实践为例
Analysis of the Residents’ Satisfaction Survey in the Construction of “Beautiful Community”—A Case Study of Tianjin Beichen District Community Construction

“美丽社区”建设是天津市社区治理的重要举措，北辰区在“美丽社区”建设中走在全市前列。该研究以天津市北辰区政府的“美丽社区”建设的相关政策实施情况为基础，构建了社区居民对“美丽社区”建设满意度的3个调查维度和6个细化指标，并设置包含了24个二级指标在内的社区居民满意度评价体系。研究通过采用调查研究的方法，选取北辰区的美丽社区和非美丽社区进行比较分析，研究表明，通过“美丽社区”建设，有效提升了居民在自治参与、管理服务、环境生活三个维度的生活满意度，与非美丽社区相比较为显著，但仍有待改进。该研究有助于为天津市北辰区乃至整个天津市的“美丽社区”建设提供现实依据。
The construction of “Beautiful Community” is an important movement in Tianjin, and Beichen District is at the forefront among all the districts in this movement. This study is based on the implementation of the “Beautiful Community” construction under the Government of Beichen District. It determines three survey dimensions, six subdivision indexes, and includes 24 secondary indicators on residents’ satisfaction with “Beautiful Community” construction. This study adopted the social research method and “Beautiful Community” and “Non-Beautiful Community” in Beichen District were selected for comparative analysis. The results of the analysis show that the construction of “Beautiful Community” has effectively improved residents’ satisfaction in the neighborhood at the level of autonomy involvement, services and management, and environmental life, compared to non-beautiful community, but still has room for further improvement. This study could provide a practical basis for constructions of “Beautiful Communities” in the Beichen District, and Tianjin as a city in general.
