移动端新闻个性化推荐的用户体验研究

Abstract:
移动端新闻阅读已成为主流,各新闻App针对用户需求推出了个性化推荐功能,以提升用户体验。推荐形式在移动端新闻的用户体验中具有重要作用。根据移动端新闻的特点,通过用户客观的记忆准确率和主观感知对推荐形式和展示位置的用户体验影响及性别差异进行了实证分析。研究采用问卷调查的方式,结果显示,相比传统列表形式,新兴的矩形标签云形式和不同展示位置可通过感知有用性和感知易用性来影响用户体验,并且不同性别对于推荐形式的感知存在差异,女性认为标签云形式具有便捷性,能增加愉悦感和提升用户体验。
Mobile news reading has become the mainstream and new apps have launched personalized recommendation functions to meet users’ needs to improve user experience. Recommendation forms play an important role in user experience of mobile news. According to the characteristics of mobile news, an empirical study is made on the influence of user experience and gender difference of recommendation forms and display positions through users’ objective memory accuracy and subjective perception. A questionnaire is used in the study and the results show that compared with the traditional list form, the emerging rectangular tag cloud form and different display positions can influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of user experience. In addition, different genders have different perceptions of recommendation forms. Women believe that tag cloud form is convenient, can increase pleasure and improve user experience.
