云南高校少数民族大学生幸福感及影响因子研究

Abstract:

大学生心理健康是大学生成长成才过程中的重要方面,幸福感是体现大学生心理健康水平的重要标志。少数民族大学生受民族风俗习惯与民族认同等心理因素影响,其幸福感状况有一定特殊性。本研究主要采用问卷调查法、量表法及访谈法,对云南省两所典型高校240名少数民族及汉族大学生幸福感及其影响因素进行调查。结果表明大多数少数民族大学生常能体会到幸福且自我意识较好。汉族大学生的幸福感明显高于少数民族大学生的幸福感。不同性别、不同年级、不同民族的少数民族大学生的幸福感调查差异不显著。
College students’ mental health is an important aspect of their growth, and well-being is an im-portant symbol of college students’ mental health. Ethnic minority college students are affected by ethnic customs, ethnic identity, and other psychological factors, and their well-being has certain particularities. In this study, ethnic minorities and Han nationality students from two typical universities in Yunnan Province were surveyed by the methods of questionnaires, scales and interviews. The results showed that most minority college students often felt happy and had good self-awareness. The sense of well-being of Han nationality students was higher than that of minority college students. There was no significant difference in the well-being survey among ethnic minority college students of different genders, grades and nationalities.
