early days of New China, Wang Ping’s use of the film’s empty shot metaphor,
montage design and musical rhetoric in the film \"The Electric Wave That
Never Dies\" contains a unique oriental aesthetic temperament, which makes
the film itself telling the deeds of an anti-Japanese hero, it also revealed a
different kind of “poetic” temperament, showing extremely high ideological and
artistic qualities, and providing an aesthetic paradigm with oriental
characteristics for the creation of political images.
