目的：探讨急诊信息系统在新冠疫情常态化防控中的作用。方法：2019年12月至2020年01月，急诊就诊的所有发热患者为对照组；2020年2月至3月急诊就诊的发热患者为观察组；比较两组的分诊准确率、分诊耗时、候诊时间。结果：观察组急诊分诊准确率高于对照组(P < 0.01)，分诊耗时、候诊时间短于对照组(P < 0.01)。结论：急诊信息系统做到有章可循，有“据”可依，实现智能化预检分诊，智慧型疫情防控管理；提高分诊准确率和工作效率，同时提高护理管理成效。
Objective: To explore the role of
emergency information system in during the prevention and control of new crown
disease. Methods: From December 2019 to January 2020, all fever patients in
emergency department were the control group, and the fever patients in
emergency department from February to March 2020 were the observation group; the
triage accuracy, time-consuming and waiting time of the two groups were
compared. Results: The observation group emergency triage accuracy rate is
higher than the control group (P < 0.01), triage time, waiting time is shorter than the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The Emergency Information System can follow rules and “Evidence”, realize intelligent pre-examination and triage, intelligent epidemic prevention and control management, improve the accuracy and efficiency of triage, and improve the effectiveness of nursing management.
