建筑企业技术中心环境评价体系构建

Abstract:
当前，在单纯依靠价格优势来提高市场竞争力的发展空间已经在逐渐缩小的背景下，强化以技术创新为核心的市场竞争力，已成为建筑企业持续发展的必要选择。本文从企业内外部两个环境层面确定了建筑企业技术中心环境评价指标，通过层次分析法确定各指标权重，构建出建筑企业技术中心环境评价体系。同时，在评价体系的基础之上，提出了内、外部环境协同运营体系，期望为建筑企业发展提供建设性的借鉴参考。
At present, against the background that the development space of purely relying on price ad-vantage to improve market competitiveness has been gradually shrinking, strengthening the market competitiveness with technological innovation as the core has become a necessary choice for the sustainable development of construction enterprises. In this paper, the evaluation indexes of technology center environment of construction enterprises are determined from the two internal and external environment levels of enterprises, and the weights of each index are determined through hierarchical analysis to construct the evaluation system of technology center environment of construction enterprises. Meanwhile, on the basis of the evaluation system, a synergistic operation system of internal and external environment is proposed, which is expected to provide constructive reference for the development of construction enterprises.
