电网物资协议库存备货管控业务的现状与优化分析

Abstract:
本文对电网物资协议库存管控业务的现状进行了梳理，并以某电网企业为例，从多个角度对其备货业务现存问题进行分析。在明确了业务痛点的基础上，对电网物资协议库存管控业务优化的方向进行了论述。
This article combed the present situation on the business of power agreement inventory stock control. By taking a power grid enterprise as an example, the article analyzed the current problems of the stock control business from different aspects. Based on the business pain points, the article discussed the optimal direction of the business of power agreement inventory stock control.
