Abstract:

数字技术的快速发展,为制造企业的转型升级带来新的机遇和挑战,如何利用数字资源提升企业的技术创新绩效成为一个重要的管理问题。本文基于价值创造理论、资源基础理论,分析制造企业不同资源拼凑行为与技术创新绩效之间的关系,并引入知识距离作为调节变量。在对295份有效样本进行实证分析后发现:要素拼凑、顾客拼凑、制度拼凑分别对制造企业技术创新绩效的经济效益、技术效益、知识效益和社会效益有正向影响;要素拼凑对经济效益、知识效益的影响力最大,制度拼凑对技术效益的影响力最大;知识距离负向调节要素拼凑、制度拼凑与技术创新绩效的关系,对顾客拼凑与技术创新绩效关系的调节作用不显著。
The rapid development of digital technology has brought new opportunities and challenges for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises. How to use digital resources to improve the performance of technological innovation has become an important management issue. Based on value innovation theory and resource-based theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between resource bricolage and technological innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises, and introduces knowledge distance as a moderating variable. After empirical analysis of 295 effective samples, it is found that input bricolage, customer bricolage, and institution bricolage have positive effects on the economic benefits, technical benefits, knowledge benefits, and social benefits. Input bricolage has the greatest influence on economic benefits and knowledge benefits, and institution bricolage has the greatest influence on technical benefits. Knowledge distance negatively regulates the impact of input bricolage, institution bricolage on the technological innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises, but it has no moderating effect on the impact of customer bricolage on technological innovation performance.
