社会情感学习(SEL)的时代意义与本土化实践路径

Abstract:
社会情感学习(Social and Emotional Learning,简称SEL)近年来在全球K12教育领域引起了广泛的关注和讨论,旨在让每一位学生获得高质量的教育。而社会情感学习对于急剧变化的中国具有强烈的时代意义。在社会情感学习上,我国基础教育借鉴欧美经验和融合本土元素中初步形成了中国特色的“三维六相”的社会情感学习框架和一系列推广实践活动,但仍需要破除观念误区,回归人之为人特性,加强学校顶层设计和综合改革,借助互联网加持社会情感学习项目,从而构建出富有中国特色、学校个性的社会情感学习模式。
Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) has attracted wide attention and discussion in the global K12 education field in recent years, aiming to provide high-quality education to every student. Social and emotional learning has great contemporary significance for the rapidly changing China. On social emotional learning, our basic education learns from European and American experience and fusion local elements initially formed with Chinese characteristics “3 D six phases” social emotional learning framework and a series of promotion practice, but still needs to break concept misunderstanding, return to human characteristics, strengthen school top design and comprehensive reform, with the help of the Internet with social emotional learning project, so as to build a rich Chinese characteristic, school personality social emotional learning mode.
