目的:通过对我国护士职业获益感的研究现状、热点及存在问题的分析,为今后的研究趋势提供参考。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方医学网数据库为数据来源检索国内发表的相关中文文献,并对发表地区、期刊、年度、高频关键词、基金支持、研究方法进行分析。结果:纳入文献146篇。发文总体呈逐年递增趋势;研究多为以横断面研究设计,调查性研究为主。以山东,浙江,天津,河南,湖北发文较多。结论:职业获益感在护理中的应用研究仍处于探索阶段,研究内容和方法较单一。可从多角度,采用质性研究和前瞻性研究等方法,在深度和广度上不断探索。
Aim: To explore the current situation,
research focus and existing problems of perceived professional benefits of
nurses in China by applying bibliometrics method, so as to provide reference for
further research. Method: China National Knowledge Network (CNKI), VIP Chinese
Science and Technology Journal database (VIP), Wanfang Medical network database
were used as data sources to search the articles related to perceived
professional benefits of Chinese nurse. The publication region, journal, year,
high-frequency keywords, fund support and research methods were analyzed.
Results: 146 literatures were included. The volume of published papers was
relatively increased. Most of the studies are cross-sectional questionnaire
study. The number of articles mainly distributed in Shandong, Zhejiang,
Tianjin, Henan, and Hubei. Conclusion: The application of perceived
professional benefits of nurses in China is still in the exploratory stage. The
research contents and methods are relatively simple. Further research is needed,
qualitative research and prospective research methods can be used for exploring
in multiple perspectives.
