基于JavaEE的人才管理系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of the Talent Management System Based on JavaEE

为了加强人才的有效管理和利用，实现人才与产业需求的精准匹配，提升人才对产业发展的支撑度，本文基于JavaEE平台，采用Oracle大型数据库、Spring、Hibernate框架，开发基于MVC模式的人才管理系统。系统表示层采用Bootstrap前端框架，控制层采用Spring MVC Controller，数据访问层采用Hibernate O/R Mapping实现。系统架构灵活，功能完善，实现了人才资源的共享，提高了人才的利用率。
In order to strengthen the effective management and utilization of talents, realize the accurate matching between talents and industrial demand, and improve the support of talents for industrial development, based on JavaEE platform, this paper uses Oracle large database, spring and Hibernate framework to develop a talent management system based on MVC mode. The system presentation layer adopts bootstrap front framework, the control layer adopts spring MVC controller, and the data access layer adopts hibernate O/R mapping. The system has flexible architecture and perfect functions, realizes the sharing of talent resources and improves the utilization of talents.
