Discussion on the Optimal Management Model of Material On-Site Handover and Quality Inspection in a Power Grid Enterprise

本研究以电网企业为对象，根据分析配网物资现场收货环节业务现状，开展研究。基于目前相关业务存在的现状和问题，对公司现场交接验收业务进行优化管理，以便更规范、更高效、更严谨地完成对到货物资的质量确认，优化管理策略，提质增效，确保电网设备安全运行。
Taking a power grid enterprise as the research object, this paper studied the current situation of the material handover and acceptance on-site, and based on the situation, the author optimized the management model of the material on-site handover and quality inspection in order to make the business more standardized and efficient. The optimization model strengthens management strategy, improves the quality and efficiency, and ensures the safe running of power engineering projects.
