“五育融合”下高校劳动教育的实践路径
|
Abstract:
新时代国家提出“五育融合”,实质是推进新时代高质量人才的培养,推动教育的高质量发展,促进德智体美劳由相对分离的状态转向相互融合的协同培养机制。在此时代背景下,如何在“五育融合”的视域下推动高校劳动教育与其它四育的融合路径有待进一步明晰。本文中,笔者拟从高校劳动教育对于“五育”的价值意蕴、现实困境与实践路径进行充分探讨,以促进高校高质量持续发展,适应国家对高校人才培养的时代要求。
The “five education integration” proposed by the country in the new era is essentially to promote the cultivation of high-quality talents in the new era, promote the high-quality development of education, and promote the transition from a relatively separate state of morality, intelligence, physical education, and art to a collaborative training mechanism that integrates with each other. Under the background of this era, how to promote the integration path of college labor education and other four education under the vision of “five education integration” needs to be further clarified. In this article, the author intends to fully discuss the value implication, realistic dilemmas and practical paths of the “five education” of labor education in colleges and universities, so as to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of colleges and universities, and adapt to the country’s requirements of the times for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.
