Now that we have entered an era of rapid development, parents are paying more and more attention to the education of children. How to improve the education level of children and promote the healthy development of children is the primary problem facing kindergartens. The early childhood stage is the most important stage in a person’s life. This stage has a significant impact on children’s life-long character formation and learning habits. Therefore, kindergartens should combine the current development of the times and use advanced methods and strategies to promote and strengthen administrative management. To provide a warm environment for children’s learning and growth, and a good guarantee for teachers’ teaching, under the concept of learning organization, this article elaborates on the administration of kindergartens and puts forward some development strategies.
