多元线性回归视角下创新网络对创新绩效影响研究——以长三角地区ICT产业为例

Abstract:

随着经济全球化、一体化,地区之间对于如ICT产业等高新科技的竞争日趋紧张,当前我国ICT产业面临着被西方国家“卡脖子”的困境,加强信息通讯技术产业创新能力的需求迫在眉睫,同时长三角作为全国人才、资源高度集聚地之一,伴随着ICT产业内组织的合作,催生出大量的创新网络,如何利用创新网络提升组织的创新绩效从而推动组织创新能力的增长,是本文研究的主要问题。不同于以往文章,本文通过对2009~2019年长三角ICT产业联合申请专利数据进行数据处理,并使用社会网络分析法和多元线性回归的方法,从网络结构嵌入和关系嵌入的角度,深度揭示创新网络对创新绩效的影响。研究发现,长三角ICT产业创新网络结构洞、合作强度对创新绩效存在正向影响,中心性、知识流动与创新绩效呈现倒U形关系。由此建议有关部门增强长三角ICT产业研发投入的动力机制,从而促进长三角ICT产业组织间的合作,创新网络中的组织也需要积极地加强创新强度,并且网络中接触较少结构洞的组织需要积极向网络中占据核心位置的企业进行合作交流,从而获得更多异质性知识。
With economic globalization and integration, competition among regions for high-tech technologies such as the ICT industry is becoming increasingly tense. At present, our country’s ICT industry is facing the predicament of being “stuck” by Western countries, and there is a need to strengthen the innovation capabilities of the information and communication technology industry. It is imminent. At the same time, the Yangtze River Delta is one of the highly concentrated areas of talents and resources in the country. With the cooperation of organizations in the ICT industry, a large number of innovation networks have been spawned. How to use innovation networks to improve the innovation performance of organizations and promote the growth of organizational innovation capabilities is the main issues studied in this article. Different from previous articles, this article uses data processing of joint patent applications for the ICT industry in the Yangtze River Delta from 2009 to 2019, and uses social network analysis and multiple linear regression to reveal in-depth the impact of innovation networks from the perspective of network structure embedding and relationship embedding. The study found that the structural holes and cooperation intensity of the ICT industry’s innovation network in the Yangtze River Delta have a positive impact on innovation performance, and centrality, knowledge flow and innovation performance present an inverted U-shaped relationship. Therefore, it is recommended that the government creates a regional industrial platform to promote cooperation among ICT industry organizations in the Yangtze River Delta, and organizations with fewer structural holes in the innovation network need to actively cooperate and communicate with enterprises occupying a core position in the network, so as to obtain more heterogenous knowledge.
