Abstract:

Hippo signaling pathway has been continuously concerned since it was discovered at the end of last century. At present, it has been proved to play an important regulatory role in the growth and proliferation of a variety of animal cells. In common clinical digestive system tumors, many experiments have proved that Hippo signaling pathway has an important impact on the occurrence, proliferation, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells. Among the components of Hippo signaling pathway, the activation and expression of core factor Yap can significantly promote the proliferation of a variety of normal and tumor cells. The core and related factors in Hippo signaling pathway may become the target factors of tumor targeted therapeutic drugs in the future. This paper discusses the role of Hippo signaling pathway in common clinical digestive system tumors.
