Abstract:

目的:观察葛根超声雾化对干眼患者泪液中炎症因子、泪液分泌量和泪膜破裂时间的影响。方法:连续收集2020.06~2020.12在我院门诊确诊为双眼干眼的患者42例(84眼)作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液点眼联合灭菌注射用水超声雾化熏眼,观察组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液点眼联合葛根煎剂超声雾化熏眼。分别于治疗前和治疗3周后测定泪液中IL-1β的质量浓度、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量、角膜荧光染色评分,评估两种方法的疗效。结果:观察组的泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间大于对照组(P < 0.05),角膜荧光染色评分及泪液中IL-1β的质量浓度均低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:葛根超声雾化治疗干眼可延长泪膜破裂时间、增加泪液分泌量、降低IL-1β的质量浓度,促进角膜修复,值得推广应用。
Objective: To study the effect of Gegen fumigation on tear secretion, breakup time of tear film and IL-1β in tears in patients with dry eyes. Methods: A total of forty-two patients with dry eyes in our hospital were continuously collected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control and observation groups. The control group used sodium hyaluronate eye drops and sterilized water for injection, while the observation group used sodium hyaluronate eye drops and Gegen atomized eyes. The mass concentration of IL-1β, breakup time of tear film, tear secretion, and corneal fluorescence staining score were determined in tears before and after 3 weeks of treatment, respectively. Results: Tear secretion and breakup time of tear film were greater than in the control group (P < 0.05). Corcorneal fluorescence staining score and mass concentration of IL-1β in tears were lower than in control groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Using Gegen atomization treatment of dry eyes can extend the time of tear membrane rupture, increase tear secretion, reduce the quality concentration of IL-1β, and promote corneal repair, which is worth promotion and application.
