Abstract:

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia is a malignant tumor disease. It is rare in children, requiring extrapolation from the treatment of adults. Several tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) are approved for the treatment of children’s CML. Pediatric CML is effectively treated with long-term targeted therapy using dasatinib, but there are few reports, in this review, we summarize its efficacy and safety in children’s CML.
