Abstract:

Organizational attachment, as an application of attachment theory in organizational context, has attracted extensive attention from scholars. Through literature review, this paper finds that the existing researches mainly focus on the influencing factors of leadership and employee personality characteristics, as well as the effect results of job performance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In the future, we can explore more influencing factors of organizational attachment in Chinese context, in which the boundary mechanism needs to be studied. Meanwhile, we can also conduct empirical research on work-home coordination, turnover rate and other aspects of employees.
