妊娠合并VHL综合征1例报道并文献复习

Abstract:
Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL)综合征属于常染色体显性遗传病，根据侵犯位置的不同而呈现出不同的症状和体征，主要累及中枢神经系统和内脏。妊娠合并VHL综合征患者母婴风险极大，需要引起足够的重视。
Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) syndrome is an autosomal dominant genetic disease, presenting different symptoms and signs according to the different location of invasion, mainly involving the central nervous system and internal organs. Pregnancy patients with VHL syndrome have great risk of maternal and infant, which needs to be paid enough attention to.
