Abstract:

Estrogen can regulate the function and metabolism of the cervix. Studies suggest that the occurrence of cervical cancer may be related to estrogen and estrogen receptor (ER). Estrogen activates a series of signal events by binding to estrogen receptor, which affects the occurrence and progression of cervical cancer. The research progress on the mechanism of estrogen in cervical cancer is summarized as follows.
