Abstract:

慢性硬膜下血肿是神经外科的常见病及多发病,且发病率逐年上升。其治疗方案颇多,包括手术治疗和非手术治疗。但目前临床上治疗多采用手术治疗,且每种术式各有其优缺点,其最佳手术模式尚无明确指南说明。本文就慢性硬膜下血肿的发病机制和手术治疗作一综述。
Chronic subdural hematoma is a common disease and frequent morbidity of neurosurgery, and the incidence rate is increasing year by year. There are a number of treatment options, both surgical and non-surgical. However, at present, more clinical treatment uses surgical treatment, each type of surgery has its advantages and disadvantages, its best surgical mode has not been clearly explained. In this paper, the pathogenesis and surgical treatment of chronic subdural hematoma are reviewed.
