Abstract:
Post stroke depression (PSD) is one of the common and serious sequelaes of ischemic stroke, and is a multifactorial neuropsychiatric manifestation. Currently, PSD is considered to be the main driving factor of poor recovery, poor quality of life, poor functional ability and poor rehabilitation effect in surviving patients after stroke. This paper reviewed the latest research progress on the mechanism, risk factors and evaluation of PSD, in order to provide reference for the prediction, diagnosis and treatment of PSD.
