脐血管栓塞9例诊治分析

Abstract:
目的：探讨脐血管栓塞的临床诊治要点和终止妊娠的时机。方法：回顾性分析我院近一年收治的9例患者的临床病例资料。结果：7例通过产前超声检查考虑脐血管栓塞，其余2例术中探查发现。均以剖宫产手术终止妊娠，术后新生儿Apger评分1例轻度窒息。其中1例为脐静脉栓塞，其余8例均为脐动脉栓塞。结论：B超检查是发现脐血管栓塞的重要方法。脐血管栓塞病例一旦确诊，需综合评估病情，尽早终止妊娠，以剖宫产手术为首选，尽量避免出现不良妊娠结局。
Objective: To explore the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of umbilical vessels thrombosis in pregnancy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 9 pregnant women with umbilical vessels thrombosis admitted to the Guangdong Women and Children Hospital in nearly a year. Results: 7 cases of umbilical vessels thrombosis were diagnosed by ultrasonography, and other 2 cases were diagnosed in cesarean section. The cesarean section was used in all cases to termination of pregnancy, and one case was asphyxia neonatorum, other cases were all normal. One case was umbilical venous thrombus and other 8 cases were umbilical aterial thrombosis. Conclusion: B ultrasonograph is the key method in diagnosis of umbilical vessels thrombosis in pregnancy. The cesarean section was the first choose in confirmed diagnosis in cases.
