目的：探讨血透患者早期标准化护理干预的作用效果。方法：选取从我院2020年4月~2021年4月入院接受血液透析的120名患者作为研究的对象，采用随机数字法分为研究组和对照组，给予不同的护理方法，研究组采用早期标准化护理方案，对照组只进行常规护理，分析两组患者不同护理后的并发症发生率，患者对护理的满意度及患者后期的健康信念等情况。结果：研究组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(X2 = 7.35, P < 0.05)；研究组对护理的满意度显著高于对照组(X2 = 4.65, P < 0.05)；研究组患者健康信念总体高于对照组(X2 = 10.96, P < 0.05)。结论：采用早期标准化护理的方案对血液透析患者的应用成效非常显著，不但能提高血透患者满意度，使他们接受新的护理模式，并且在治疗中降低了并发症的发生率，整体提高了患者的健康信念。在临床护理应用中意义重大。
Objective: To explore the effect of
early standardized nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients. Methods:
Selected from our hospital in April 2020 a hospitalization for hemodialysis in
April 2021, 120 patients as the research object, using the random number method
is divided into research group and the control group, and given different
nursing method, the team used early standardized nursing plan, the control
group only in routine care, after the analysis of two groups of patients with
different nursing complication rates, patients’ satisfaction with nursing and their
later health beliefs. Results: The complication rate in the study group was
significantly lower than that in the control group (X2 = 7.35, P
< 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (X2 = 4.65, P < 0.05). The health belief of patients in the study group was higher than those in the control group (X2 = 10.96, P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of an early standardized nursing program for hemodialysis patients is very significant, not only can improve the satisfaction of hemodialysis patients, make them accept the new nursing mode, and reduce the incidence of complications in the treatment, improve the overall health belief of patients. It is of great significance in clinical nursing application.
