胃肠肛门外科临床护士对血糖监测知信行现状调查及影响因素研究 Investigation of the Status Quo of Knowledge Attitude and Practice towards Blood Glucose Monitoring among Clinical Nurses in Department of Gastroenterology Surgery and Research for its Influencing Factors
目的：调查胃肠肛门外科临床护士对血糖监测知信行现状，分析其影响因素，为制定培训计划提供依据。方法：采用便利抽样的方法，选择广州市某三甲医院胃肠肛门外科的护士共160名，发放《临床护士对血糖监测“知信行”现状调查问卷》，并统计分析。结果：胃肠肛门外科临床护士血糖监测知信行总分为71.0 (14.0)，知识得分20.0 (11.8)，态度得分14.5 (9.0)，行为得分38.0 (11.0)，其中行为得分最高。职称、对血糖监测仪应用了解程度、是否在内分泌科工作过、阅读糖尿病及社会心理学书籍情况是知识的影响因素。对血糖监测仪应用了解程度、是否愿意参加血糖监测相关知识的培训、阅读糖尿病及社会心理学书籍情况是信念的影响因素。是否在内分泌科工作过、对血糖监测仪应用了解程度、阅读糖尿病及社会心理学书籍情况是行为的影响因素。结论：胃肠肛门外科临床护士对血糖监测的知信现状不容乐观，但行为较好，实践经历、培训经历以及理论知识的学习是影响其知信行水平的重要因素。应进一步加强胃肠肛门外科临床护士血糖监测的知识及信念培训工作，提升血糖监测的知信行水平。
Objective: To investigate the current
status of blood glucose monitoring knowledge, attitude and practice among
clinical nurses in department of gastroenterology surgery and analyze its
influencing factors, so as to provide a basis for formulating training plans.
Methods: Using convenience sampling method, a total of 160 nurses from 10
departments of gastroenterology Surgery in a third-class hospital in Guangzhou
were selected, and “the Questionnaire on
Status Quo of Clinical Nurses’ Knowledge, Attitude and Practice in
Blood Glucose Monitoring” was issued for statistical analysis. Results: The
total score of blood glucose monitoring knowledge, attitude and practice of clinical
nurses in department of gastroenterology surgery was 71.0 (14.0), knowledge
dimension score 20.0 (11.8), attitude dimension score 14.5 (9.0), practice
dimension score 38.0 (11.0), of which the practice dimension score was the
highest. Professional title, knowledge about the application of blood glucose
monitors, working experience in endocrinology department, reading of diabetes
and social psychology books were the influencing factors of knowledge,
understanding of the application of blood glucose monitors, willing to
participate in related blood glucose monitoring knowledge training, reading of
diabetes and social psychology books were the influencing factors of attitude, working
experience in endocrinology department, understanding of the application of
blood glucose monitors and reading of diabetes and social psychology books were
the influencing factors of practice. Conclusion: The current status of blood
glucose monitoring knowledge and attitude of clinical nurses in department of gastroenterology
surgery is not optimistic, but their practice is great. The knowledge and
attitude training of blood glucose monitoring for clinical nurses in department
of gastroenterology surgery should be further strengthened to improve the level
of knowledge, attitude and practice in blood glucose monitoring.
