肌层浸润性膀胱癌与非肌层浸润性膀胱癌分析

Abstract:
膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，近年来发病率更是不断上升，膀胱癌是威胁中国居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一，存在明显的性别、地区和年龄流行差异。中国膀胱癌发病率升高与死亡率呈下降趋势，在临床治疗过程中，更是应该注重分类治疗，个性化治疗，从而改善膀胱癌患者预后及生存期，而膀胱癌从是否达到肌层浸润可分为肌层浸润性膀胱癌及非肌层浸润性膀胱癌，从而分类而来的膀胱癌在发病率、治疗、预后、病理类型等方面都存在一定的差异性，分析两者之间的流行病学、治疗方式、预后等。
Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of urinary system. The incidence rate of bladder cancer is increasing in recent years. China’s bladder cancer is one of the major malignant tumors threatening the health of Chinese residents. There are obvious differences in gender, region and age. The incidence rate of bladder cancer in China is decreasing. In clinical treatment, we should pay more attention to the classification therapy and personalized treatment, so as to improve the prognosis and survival time of bladder cancer patients. Bladder cancer can be divided into muscular invasive bladder cancer and non muscle invasive bladder cancer from the muscular infiltration. There are some differences in prognosis and pathological types, so as to analyze the epidemiology, treatment and prognosis between them.
