民航专业学生心理资本与学习投入的关系:坚毅的中介作用

Abstract:

目的:考察民航专业学生心理资本与学习投入的关系,并进一步考察坚毅在二者之间的中介效应。方法:采用积极心理资本问卷、坚毅量表和学习投入量表,对某民航院校的3486名民航特色专业学生大学生进行调查。结果:1) 大学生心理资本与学习投入、坚毅三者间均呈显著正相关;2) 坚毅在心理资本与学习投入间起部分中介作用。结论:心理资本除直接影响学习投入外,还可通过坚毅间接影响学习投入。教育实践中,可通过设计相关活动,促进学生的心理资本和坚毅,进而提升学生的学习投入。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between psychological capital and learning engagement of civil aviation students, and further investigate the mediating effect of grit between them. Methods: 3486 college students majoring in civil aviation were investigated by positive psychological capital questionnaire, grit scale and learning engagement scale. Results: 1) There was a significant positive correlation between college students’ psychological capital and learning engagement and grit; 2) Grit plays an intermediary role between psychological capital and learning engagement. Conclusion: Psychological capital not only directly affects learning engagement, but also indirectly affects learning engagement through grit. In educational practice, relevant activities can be designed to promote students’ psychological capital and grit, so as to improve students’ learning engagement.
