隆鼻整形术中材料选择的应用进展

Abstract:
隆鼻术是在美容整形手术中常见的一种,目前可选取的隆鼻材料种类较为多样,包括硅胶、羟基磷灰石、膨体聚四氟乙烯、自体骨组织、透明质酸等,近年来关于不同隆鼻材料的应用报道较多,但目前尚未有规范和统一的选取标准,本文对隆鼻术中常用的隆鼻材料作综述,比较其不同材料的生物特性及优劣点,旨在为临床上对隆鼻材料的选择提供相关参考。
Rhinoplasty is one of the more common in cosmetic plastic surgery, the surgical operation for patients to select the edges of the material types is diverse, including silicone, hydroxyapatite, bulk ptfe, autologous bone tissue, hyaluronic acid, etc. In recent years, there are many reports about the application of different rhinoplasty materials, but there is no standardized and unified selection standard. This paper reviews the commonly used materials for rhinoplasty, and compares their biological characteristics and advantages and disadvantages, in order to provide reference for the selection of rhinoplasty materials in clinic.
