浦东新区两水平衡闸泵调度方案模拟研究

Abstract:
通过模型模拟和监测相结合的技术手段,分析浦东新区典型泵站污染物排江对局部河道水质的影响,进而研究在不同雨型、潮汐条件、闸泵调度方案下,雨泵排江污染物在河道水体中的滞留时间和浓度变化,寻求既能减少泵站污染物放江对河道水环境的影响,又能为防汛更安全控制泵站水位和河道水位的闸泵调度方案,从而提升“水安全”和“水环境”的平衡。
The influence of the pollutants discharge from the typical rainwater pump stations in Pudong New Area on local receiving rivers is analyzed by modeling and monitoring. The retention time and concentration variations of pollutants from rainwater pumps in rivers are studied during different operating schemes about sluices and pumps under different rainfall patterns and tidal conditions based on modeling scenarios to keep the balance between water security and water environment by figuring out a way which can both reduce the influence of river pollutants and control pumping station stage and river stage safely.
