Abstract:

肝母细胞瘤(hepatoblastoma, HB)是儿童最常见的肝脏恶性肿瘤，常见于3岁前，占儿童肝脏原发性恶性肿瘤的近80%。目前以手术联合化疗为主，而手术切除肿瘤是肝母细胞瘤的重要治疗手段。将加速康复外科理念在儿童肝母细胞瘤围手术期的应用进行归纳，旨在总结ERAS理念在围手术期患儿护理中的相关护理措施提供依据。
Hepatoblastoma (HB) is the most common liver malignant tumor in children, which is common before 3 years old and accounts for nearly 80% of primary liver malignant tumors in children. At present, surgery combined with chemotherapy is the main treatment, and tumor resection is an important treatment for hepatoblastoma. To summarize the application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative period of children with hepatoblastoma, in order to summarize the relevant nursing measures of ERAS concept in perioperative nursing care of children.
