通过内眦赘皮的矫正与重建探讨蒙古人种与高加索人种内眦美学特征的文化差异和意义

Abstract:
内眦作为眼睛的组成部分，对眼睛有着重要影响。内眦赘皮的矫正已经成为受欢迎的眼部手术，但由于不同人种审美观的不同，内眦赘皮的重建手术也并不少见。目前，人们对内眦美学的认识处于不断深入之中，不同时代不同人种对内眦美学有着不同的认知。了解内眦美学的发展历程，能更好地把握这些审美的差异，从而对内眦部的美学形成统一的共识。本文通过介绍蒙古人种和高加索人种的古今文化差异及内眦赘皮的矫正与重建，来探讨不同时代不同人种内眦美学的文化差异和临床意义，为内眦部整形手术设计提供理论依据。
As a component of the eye, medial canthus has an important influence on the eye. Epicanthoplasty has become a popular surgery now; however, reconstruction of epicanthus is common due to aesthetic differences among ethnic groups. The aesthetic cognition of epicanthus is in constant deepening, and there is different cognition of epicanthus in different times and different races. Understanding the aesthetic development of epicanthus will help us grasp the aesthetic differences and thus form a unified consensus on the aesthetic of epicanthus. In this paper, we discussed the cultural differences and clinical significance of epicanthus aesthetics in different ethnic groups and different times by introducing the cultural differences and the correction and reconstruction of epicanthus between Mongolian and Caucasian races in ancient and modern times, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the design of epicanthus plastic surgery.
