护理医学生对死亡态度认知的调查研究

Abstract:

目的：了解本科护理医学生的死亡态度认知现状及影响死亡态度的相关因素，为医学院校开展本科护理医学生的死亡教育提供参考。方法：使用问卷调查的方法对护理本科生进行死亡态度认知调查。结果：本科护理医学生的死亡态度总体以死亡恐惧为主；年级、专业、宗教以及丧亲体验为重要影响因素，护理医学生的死亡态度差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：医学院校应建立完善死亡教育体系，对医学生进行系统的死亡教育，使护理医学生重新认识生命的意义，减少对死亡的恐惧，对生命产生敬畏之心，有利于人文精神和关爱情怀的培养。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of death attitude of undergraduate nursing students and the related factors affecting death attitude, and to provide reference for death education of undergraduate nursing students in medical colleges. Methods: Questionnaire was used to investigate nursing undergraduates’ cognition of death attitude. Results: The death attitude of nursing medical students was mainly death fear. Grade, profession, religion and bereavement experience were important influencing factors, and the difference of death attitude among nursing medical students was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Medical colleges and universities should establish and improve the death education system, and carry out systematic death education for medical students, so that nursing medical students can re-understand the meaning of life, reduce the fear of death, and have a heart of awe for life, which is conducive to the cultivation of humanistic spirit and caring feelings.
