云南白药联合氨甲环酸在全髋关节置换术后的早期疗效研究进展

Abstract:
我国人口老龄化的进程加快造成髋关节骨性关节炎、股骨头无菌性坏死以及车祸、高处坠落伤等高能量高暴力造成的损伤导致的股骨颈骨折的发病率逐年升高,也由于新材料在手术中的大量使用以及医疗科技的进一步发展,全髋关节置换术(Total hip replacement, THA)为病人肢体功能康复带来了新的希望。全髋关节与全膝关节置换术是当今被证明最成功的外科手术之一,能够减轻患者疼痛、恢复关节运动功能,改善患者生活质量。越来越多的临床医师关注加速康复外科(Enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS)理念。怎样优化围术期间的管理,怎样减少因疾病及手术引起的并发症,怎样减少患者住院周期,怎样使患者得到更好的术后康复成为临床关注重点。减轻患者术后疼痛、降低输血率及输血量、早期预防术后感染是加速康复外科理念的重点。本文就云南白药联合氨甲环酸在全髋关节置换术的应用促进术后康复做一论述。
With the aging of China’s population resulting in hip osteoarthritis, aseptic necrosis of femoral head and injuries caused by high energy and high violence such as car accidents and high falls, the incidence of femoral neck fracture is increasing year by year. Also due to the emergence of a large number of new materials used in surgery and the further development of medical technology, Total Hip replacement (THA) has provided new hope for the recovery of limb function. Total hip and knee arthroplasty is one of the most successful surgical procedures proven today to reduce pain, restore joint motor function and improve the quality of life of patients. More and more clinicians are paying attention to the concept of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS), and how to optimize perioperative management, how to reduce complications caused by disease and surgery, how to reduce the length of hospital stay, how to make patients get better postoperative rehabilitation have become the focus of clinical attention; reducing postoperative pain, reducing blood transfusion rate and volume, early prevention of postoperative infection are the focus of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery. This article discusses the application of Yunnan Baiyao combined with tranexamic acid in total hip arthroplasty to promote postoperative rehabilitation.
