养老保险对居民生活质量的影响研究——基于CFPS (2018)微观数据的分析

Abstract:
养老保险对中国老年人生活质量的影响值得关注。利用中国家庭追踪调查数据(2018)，采用描述统计、列联表分析、定序回归模型研究养老保险政策的参与实施情况，并研究养老保险政策对居民互联网就业、社交状况和幸福感三个维度的定量影响。研究结果表明领取养老金的居民互联网就业率更高，参与养老保险政策并未显著提升互联网社交频率，养老保险显著提升居民主观幸福感，养老金收入越高，幸福感提升幅度越大。
The impact of endowment insurance on the quality of life of the elderly in China deserves extensive attention. Using the data of CFPS (2018), descriptive statistics, contingency table analysis and sequential regression model are used to study the participation of endowment insurance policy, and to study the quantitative impact of endowment insurance policy on residents’ Internet employment, social status and well-being. The results show that the Internet employment rate of pensioners is higher, the participation in the pension insurance policy does not significantly improve the Internet social frequency, and the pension insurance significantly improves the subjective well-being of residents. The higher the pension income, the greater the improvement of well-being.
