目的:探讨人性化护理对耳鼻喉手术患儿心理健康的影响。方法:耳鼻喉科疾病患儿90例作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以人性化护理。观察两组干预前后儿童焦虑性心理情绪变化量表以及儿童抑郁性心理障碍量表的评分情况,比较两组患儿干预前后临床治疗依从性的差异。结果:两组在干预前的焦虑以及抑郁评分以及临床治疗依从性差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),干预后,观察组焦虑以及抑郁评分都显著低于对照组,观察组患儿的临床治疗依从性评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);结论:人性化护理能够减轻耳鼻喉手术患儿焦虑极抑郁状态,同时提高患儿临床治疗的依从性。
Objective: To investigate the effect
of humanized nursing on the mental health of children undergoing
otolaryngology. Methods: 90 children with otolaryngology diseases were studied.
They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group with 45
cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the
observation group was given humanized nursing. The scores of the anxiety
psychological emotion scale and depressive psychological disorder scale were
observed before and after the intervention, and the differences in clinical
treatment compliance between the two groups were compared. Results: There was
no statistically significant difference in anxiety and depression scores and
clinical treatment compliance between the two groups before intervention (P >
0.05). After the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the
observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and
the clinical treatment compliance score of the observation group was
significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical
significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Humanized nursing can relieve anxiety and depression in children with otolaryngology, and improve the compliance of clinical treatment.
